What Is a Blind Embossed Label?
Blind embossing gives your labels a sophisticated, ink-free raised effect that enhances both their appearance and tactile appeal. Using heat and pressure, matched embossing dies press the design into the label material, creating crisp, raised details without the use of ink or foil. At labelmakers.com, we typically use cost-effective magnesium embossing dies to achieve clean, well-defined results. For highly intricate or detailed artwork, we can also produce premium brass embossing dies.
For an even more luxurious finish, blind embossing can be combined with hot foil stamping to create relief embossing, adding striking metallic highlights and exceptional depth to your labels.

Please note: For blind embossing, all design elements and fonts must have a minimum line thickness of 0.016 in. Blank spaces and negative areas must also be at least 0.016 in wide to ensure optimal results.
