When processing roll labels, a distinction is made between manual and mechanical application.

In manual processing, labels are applied to products by hand. In automated processing, labels are applied using a labelling machine. Depending on your method of application, there are a few important factors to consider when placing your order. To ensure smooth processing, it’s essential to specify the correct winding direction and roll core diameter during ordering.

This ensures fast production and seamless integration into your packaging or labelling process.

Our recommendation:
Apply the labels to clean and, if necessary, sterilized surfaces. If you are applying labels by hand, we recommend wearing gloves to avoid leaving invisible grease marks or fingerprints. Additionally, we suggest keeping the products at a stable temperature for at least 48 hours after labelling to prevent wrinkles or lifting. Please note that bubbles may form on uneven surfaces.

Our silver and gold hot foils are the most commonly used options, but we also offer a wide variety of other colors to suit your design needs. Looking for something highly specific? No problem! We work with premium hot foils, and if your desired foil isn’t currently in stock, we can source it quickly and use it for your print job.

Want to see exactly how your labels will look once produced? We’re happy to provide a colour proof for a small fee. This proof can also be used for accurate color matching during the production process.

Our standard production time is 5–10 working days from the moment your artwork is received and approved in our system. Once your print data is uploaded, we’ll provide you with a more accurate delivery date.

Delivery times can vary depending on the label type, any special finishes selected, and current production volumes. An estimated delivery date is always provided in both the online calculator and your personalized quotation.

We aim to be as flexible as possible and will always do our best to meet your specific requirements.

You can pay for your jobs using Paypal or credit card (VISA, Amex or MasterCard).

Orders for delivery within the U.S. are always free with standard delivery. If the labels are to be delivered outside of the U.S., extra costs will be payable, according to the quantity of labels and the destination country.

Your items will be securely packed and shipped by United States Post or Star Track. Standard shipments are free of shipping charges.

Cancellations can be made by telephone or email. Cancellation is only possible if the job has not yet been passed to production.

If, despite our high quality standards, you notice any deficiencies in production, please contact us and we will take care of your concern.

Please send us an e-mail at info@labelmakers.com, quoting the relevant order/delivery note or invoice number, and describe your concern – please include picture or video material showing the reason for the complaint.

We take any issues you experience seriously and prioritise resolving them as quickly as possible. Our team will actively work to identify the cause and will be in touch with you as soon as possible. If the issue cannot be clearly identified via email or based on the photos and videos provided, we may need to inspect the goods on site to conduct a thorough investigation and, if necessary, take corrective action. We kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to issue a refund without first completing a quality control assessment.

You’re welcome to return the rejected labels to us free of charge for proper disposal.
