What is the cost of Express Production?
Express Production at Labelmakers.com adds a 25% surcharge to the price shown in the online calculator for rush manufacturing of your custom labels, with a flat 50 USD fee for orders under 200 USD. In addition to Express Production, you can select UPS Express Shipping at checkout to help ensure delivery within 1–2 business days in most U.S. regions, and our customer service team is available to answer questions about rush production, shipping options, and regional availability.
How Does Express Production Work?
When you order custom labels on rolls or sheets at Labelmakers.com, you can choose Express Production in the online calculator whenever it is available for your selected size, material, quantity, and finish, and the system will automatically check if rush production is possible for your job.
Note: Express Production is only offered when you pay directly at checkout, approve your print proof promptly, and Labelmakers.com already has the necessary tooling and production capacity for your order.

For these finishes, standard production timelines apply so the team can ensure quality and precision on every label run.
Large Labels Runs
For very large projects, Express Production is not available at Labelmakers.com; orders over 100,000 labels require additional press time and finishing capacity, so these high-volume runs follow standard production timelines.
Plus Materials
When you choose Plus Materials or premium finishes for your custom labels at Labelmakers.com, the Express Production option is not available, as these upgraded materials require longer setup and production times and therefore follow standard lead times
